VIN312 Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership after you have purchased your initial bottles to activate your membership AND received three (2) automatic shipments, but not within 5 days of a wine club release. It is the wine club member’s responsibility to notify the VIN312 Wine Club Department to cancel their membership via email at wineclub@vin312.com. Shipments processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Any cancellations made prior to the third release will incur an early termination fee of $50 in addition to any outstanding product and shipment fees.
All cancellation requests must be done via email to wineclub@vin312.com.
A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative.
