The 2023 Cabernet Franc is medium-bodied, dry, and full of character. Bright red cherry and raspberry lead the way, with subtle notes of herbs, pepper, and spice. The wine has a nice balance of fruit and earthiness, with smooth tannins and a fresh finish. This varietal is one of the parents to Cabernet Sauvignon. Approachable on its own, but with enough structure and complexity to pair well with food.
