The 2023 Malbec is a medium-bodied, dry, and approachable expression of the varietal. Aged for 18 months in medium-toast French oak, it shows flavors of plum, blackberry, and dark cherry with subtle notes of spice and oak. Unlike the bigger, heavier style often associated with Malbec, this wine is balanced and smooth, with softer tannins and fresh fruit carrying through the finish. This is the first vintage of this varietal at VIN312!
