Paso Robles AVA, CA
The VIN312 2023 Super Tuscan red blend is a marriage of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. This vintage shows intense raspberry notes and dark cherry fruit, making it a great representation of the Paso Robles growing season. For this year’s blend, we leaned a bit heavier on Cabernet Sauvignon to balance Sangiovese’s bright fruit. The smooth tannins give the wine excellent structure with medium astringency. Warner believes this wine has great aging potential — 5 to 10 years.
Enjoy it with regional foods such as red meats, tomato-based dishes (including pizza!), or on its own. While it will age beautifully, it is already showing wonderfully today.
