Clarksburg AVA, CA
When I first started making this rosé, I assumed production would be simple. I quickly learned that rosé requires a great deal of tenderness and care — hence the name Touché.
This year’s Touché Rosé is made from 90% Malbec and 10% Tempranillo. The fruit was destemmed and pressed gently, with special care taken to protect it from oxygen to preserve its delicate pink color. The aromatics are vibrant and expressive. Its light pink hue and full fruit aromas make it a great rosé to enjoy in the spring — or year-round. Remember: Rosé all year!
This rosé leans toward a traditional Greek dry style: fruit-forward with cool strawberry notes, yet complex on the palate.
